This is a quick chat about your baby and the current issue you are struggling with just now. I will ask you lots of questions and assess whether I can help you. Then it's up to you, if you would like to purchase a full consultation and personalised Sleep Plan for your baby or some hands on help.

New Mum in-home Support $100

Do you need help to settle your newborn confidently? Haven't got a clue about swaddling, or how to bath, hold and calm your precious bub? I can help you set up a safe sleep environment, give you some settling tips, show you how to swaddle, and support you to get your baby to sleep. 2 Hours at your home

$30 per hour for any ongoing hours.

Personalised Sleep plan
$150

This service includes an initial phone call in order to get a good picture of the current issue. I will then give you a personalised 'Plan of Action', an age appropriate routine, some 'how to's' for my suggested techniques, and I will give you support for 7 days through phone calls, emails or text! (Typically 2-4 phone calls or check-ins to see how you are going and adjust anything if needed.) Additional hours and phone support can be added on.

Sleep Plan and In-Home Support
$250

This service includes an initial phone call and a personalized sleep plan (a ‘Plan of Action’) for your family's situation, an age appropriate routine, step by step instructions for the chosen techniques, and follow up texts/calls/emails for 7 days. I will then come to your home for 2 hours to show you what to do and then to assist you and your baby with trying the technique.

Day or Night Hands on Support - 6 hours
$300

This includes everything in the Sleep plan service as well as 6 hours hands-on support as you and your baby learn and try something new. This could be during the day if it is day naps that are tricky for bub, or 6 hours evening/overnight help.

Overnight, a bed or suitable couch for me to sleep/rest on between helping you and baby would be amazing. Depending on the technique you have chosen, we will work together to follow our plan each time your baby wakes.

Overnight Hands on Support - 12 hours
$500

This includes everything in the Sleep plan service as well as 12 hours hands-on support as you and your baby learn and try something new at night.

Overnight, a bed or suitable couch for me to sleep/rest on between helping you and baby would be amazing. Depending on the technique you have chosen, we will work together to follow our plan each time your baby wakes.
